Terms of Service
Version: 2026-10-02
1. About this service
These terms cover the mahjongfactory.com website operated by GForces sp. z o.o., with its registered office at Al. Bieszkowicka 52, 80-178 Gdańsk, Poland, registered with the District Court Gdańsk-Północ in Gdańsk, VII Commercial Division of the National Court Register (Sąd Rejonowy Gdańsk-Północ w Gdańsku, VII Wydział Gospodarczy KRS), under KRS number 0000246596; NIP (tax identification number): 5832920423; share capital: PLN 50,000. For questions, complaints or account requests, contact info@mahjongfactory.com. These terms do not cover the separate Mahjong Factory iOS app.
2. Playing and creating an account
The website provides a free online mahjong solitaire game, optional user accounts and recording of game results. You can play without an account. Creating an account does not start a paid subscription. An account agreement is concluded when we create your account following your acceptance of these terms; it continues until terminated. Email verification is required to access your account.
Use an email address you control and keep your login links and password private. You can change your username, email address and password in account settings. You must have the legal capacity or any parental or guardian authorisation required by the law applicable to you to enter into this agreement.
3. Technical requirements and fair use
You need an internet connection, an up-to-date browser with JavaScript enabled, and essential cookies enabled for account access. Email access is required for registration and login links. Your internet provider may charge for connectivity.
Do not provide unlawful content, impersonate others, interfere with other users, attempt unauthorised access, overload the service or manipulate recorded results. We may correct or exclude results affected by errors or manipulation. We may temporarily restrict an account where necessary to address a security threat or a breach of these rules. We will explain the reason and how to challenge the decision by email unless doing so would compromise security or breach the law. Serious or repeated breaches may result in termination of the account agreement.
4. Closing your account
You may stop playing at any time and terminate your account agreement without charge by requesting deletion at info@mahjongfactory.com. Please write from the email address associated with your account. Where necessary, we will ask for proportionate information to verify account ownership.
After verification, we delete your account and its login tokens and remove the link between your account and your recorded game results. The results remain available for game statistics. Deletion is permanent; creating another account will not restore the association with previous results. Retention of backups and information needed to handle your request is explained in the Privacy Policy.
5. Problems and complaints
Send complaints to info@mahjongfactory.com, describing the problem, when it occurred and the resolution you seek. Include only information necessary to investigate; never send your password or login token. We will respond by email within 14 days of receiving your complaint.
Maintenance, connection failures and software errors may interrupt play or prevent a result from being saved. We will take reasonable steps to resolve reported faults. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Changes and applicable law
We may change these terms to reflect changes in law, security requirements or the features of the service. We will notify account holders of material changes by email, explaining the reason and effective date, normally at least 14 days in advance. A shorter notice may be necessary to comply with law or address an urgent security threat. You may close your account before the changes take effect. Changes do not remove rights already acquired, and we will seek fresh acceptance where required.
Polish law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections under the law applicable to them. These terms do not restrict access to competent courts or statutory complaint and dispute resolution procedures. You may save or print this page for your records.
